Franca Scala restaurant is situated in a beautiful neoclassical building inside Parikia. The menu includes modern greek and european plates, fresh fish and locally produced meat dishes created by chef Mario Samaltani along with cook and owner Fragiskos Petropoulos. From the restaurant’s outdoor terrace diners can enjoy a bird’s eye view over the picturesque old town of Parikia. On the inside, the newly restored interior is air conditioned and often hosts art exhibitions throughout the summer months.
